I see that my pal Leila Boujnane is relying on fair weather friends like me to keep he alive this month:
[from Fric Frac]I am doing a small experiment to reconnect with the world: I will not buy any food until the end of this month (October 2006). I am going to rely on the kindness of strangers, friends and enemies to feed me two scare [square?] meals a day. Lunch and dinner. I am looking forward to reconnecting with everyone. I know Daniel at Digg is already planning a dinner or two. Stowe will hopefully take me out when I see him in California next week. I am hoping I can count on dinner from my good friend Sutha this evening (we have much to catch up on) and Adriana (get a blog lady!) and ... strangers? Clare may even take me out for a pint of Guinness and a veggie burger at Betty's.
I'm in, Leila. I already signed you up for the STIRR Mixer next Wednesday, and I would be glad to take you to one of my favorite San Francisco bistros during the Office 2.0 conference.
It sounds like a good project. I plan to try it at some point, with the same goals in mind.
Hey man,
I am so looking forward to spending some time with you next week. Just got back home from SFO and boy do I ever have some catching up to do! Thanks for the STIRR mixer sign up. Let's chat very soon for our office 2.0 planning. A bientot!
